Photography Client Gallery Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the online client gallery ("Gallery") provided by Dream Chasing Photography ("Photographer," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the Gallery, you ("Client") agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Access & Usage
2.1. The Gallery is provided for Client's personal use to view, download, and purchase images.
2.2. The Client may share gallery access with family and friends but may not distribute or use images for commercial purposes without permission.
2.3. Access to the Gallery is granted for a limited time, typically 30 days from delivery. Extensions may be available upon request.

3. Image Rights & Copyright
3.1. All images remain the property of the Photographer and are protected by copyright laws.
3.2. The Client receives a limited license to use the images for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written consent.
3.3. Editing, altering, or removing watermarks from images is strictly prohibited.

4. Ordering & Fulfillment
4.1. Prints and products ordered through the Gallery are fulfilled by a third-party lab, and all sales are final.
4.2. The Photographer is not responsible for delays, defects, or damages caused by the printing vendor but will assist in resolving issues when possible.
4.3. Digital downloads, once purchased, are non-refundable.

5. Payments & Fees
5.1. All purchases must be paid in full before downloading or shipping.
5.2. Prices for prints and products are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3. The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1. Client information is used solely for order processing and communication.
6.2. The Photographer will not share or sell Client data to third parties.

7. Liability & Disclaimers
7.1. The Photographer is not liable for any technical issues, including service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to the Gallery.
7.2. The Client assumes responsibility for backing up any downloaded images.

8. Modifications & Termination
8.1. The Photographer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Gallery constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8.2. Access to the Gallery may be revoked for any violation of these Terms.
